Chuang Tzu

In 1998 Gordon finished a painting referring to the ancient Chinese poem by Chuang Tzu “The homeland of nothing whatsoever” .

In the period 1986-2008 he worked on the second part of what he called his Chuang Tzu project, which he described as:

A painting-drawing. A Wake. Arrival in a ship from out of space. Second part of the Chuang Tzu-project is concerned with the death of Edith Södergran. She died on midsummerday 1923
